Report: Texans OT Braden Smith injured his foot in Wednesday's practice

Texans offensive tackle Braden Smith had to be carted off the field during Wednesday's joint practice with the Panthers and head coach DeMeco Ryans did not have an update on his condition when he spoke to reporters after the workout.
