Palmeiras winger’s arrival paves way for Savinho exit City monitoring Liverpool forward Cody Gakpo Manchester City have agreed a €37.5m plus €2.5m (£34m) deal for the Palmeiras winger Allan Elias, with the club also in advanced negotiations to sell Nico González to Newcastle. The 22-year-old Elias – known as Allan – made his senior debut for Palmeiras last year and has made 96 appearances for the club, scoring nine goals and making 12 assists.
